Last updated: November 6, 2026

Impress Business Inc. (“Impress,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through impressbusiness.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, email us, call us, or hire us, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you choose to tell us about your project.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. We receive only limited details, such as your name, the amount paid, and the last four digits of your card. Stripe’s use of your information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Information collected automatically. Our website host collects basic, privacy-friendly analytics such as pages visited, referring site, browser type, device type, and approximate location. We use this only to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Project access. If you give us access to your store, website, payment, or software accounts to complete a project, we use that access only for the agreed work.

How we use your information

• To reply to your questions and schedule calls

• To prepare proposals, deliver services, and provide support

• To send invoices and process payments

• To keep records required for tax and accounting

• To improve our website and services

• To protect against fraud and meet legal obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Stripe (payments), Framer (website hosting and forms), and our email and accounting providers. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed for the site to work and for basic analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up. We keep client and payment records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, usually up to seven years.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and trusted providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing tony@impressbusiness.com. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Children’s privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
