Terms and Conditions

Last updated: November 6, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the website impressbusiness.com and to all services provided by Impress Business Inc. (“Impress,” “we,” “us”). By using the website, booking a call, or paying for services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Impress provides web design and development (including Shopify and Framer), payment and point-of-sale setup and consulting, and technology and AI consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each project are set out in a written proposal, quote, or invoice (the “Proposal”). If the Proposal and these Terms conflict, the Proposal controls.

2. Quotes and changes

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work outside the agreed scope is a change request. We will confirm any added cost or time in writing before doing that work.

3. Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Invoices are paid online through Stripe by card or bank transfer. Unless the Proposal says otherwise, projects are billed 50% before work begins and 50% on completion, and invoices are due within 7 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts. Monthly services are billed in advance each month.

4. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback, approvals, and account access on time, and to confirm you have the rights to any materials you give us. Delays on your side may change the timeline. You are responsible for your own products, pricing, policies, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.

6. Third-party services

Our work often uses third-party platforms such as Shopify, Framer, Stripe, payment processors, POS providers, apps, and AI tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and fees. We are not responsible for their outages, changes, approvals, or decisions, including whether a payment processor approves your account.

7. Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code, templates, and know-how, and grant you a license to use any that are included in your deliverables. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show completed work in our portfolio.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information and account credentials confidential and use them only to deliver the services.

9. Warranties

We perform services with reasonable skill and care. If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will fix it at no extra cost. Apart from that, services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results such as sales, rankings, approval rates, or processing fees.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

11. Termination

Either party may end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed up to the end date, and any refund follows our Refund Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you sign a Proposal applies to that project.
