Refund Policy

Impress Business Inc. provides custom web design, development, payments, and technology consulting services. Every project starts with a written scope and price, so you know what you are paying for before work begins.

Deposits and project cancellation

• Before work begins: cancel in writing and your deposit is refunded in full.

• After work begins: you pay only for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any prepaid amount for work not yet performed is refunded.

• After final delivery: completed projects are not refundable, but our 14-day fix guarantee below still applies.

Monthly services

Monthly or retainer services can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Months already billed and worked are not refundable.

Fix guarantee

If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will fix it at no extra cost.

Third-party costs

Costs paid to other companies on your behalf, such as themes, apps, domains, software licenses, hardware, or processor fees, follow that company’s own refund policy.

How to request a refund

Email tony@impressbusiness.com with your name and invoice number. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
